  In my career, I have worked for the two leading companies in foodservice distribution. In my time with Sysco & US Foods, my positions ranged from warehouseman to Vice President of Sales. At Sysco, I, along with a team of Product Specialists under my leadership, consulted restaurant owners in all areas of restaurant operations including P&L management. This is where I developed my consulting experience and approach in working with clients. I have received the tools and training afforded by Fortune 500 companies. More specifically, I received in-depth training and experience in the areas of Leadership, Management, Operational Efficiency, Sales, Marketing, and enhancing cultures through positive employee engagement. I have a proven track record of leading and inspiring teams as small as 8 and as large as 150+ to achieve award winning results. The last 9 years, I have worked leading a sales team in the logistics and transportation industry for a family-owned business in Central CA so while I have decades of corporate experience and training, I also am experienced with the dynamics of small and privately owned businesses.

Whether it is opportunities for growth in your revenue, profits, efficiencies, or culture enhancing practices or challenges you are looking to overcome, my objective is to take personal ownership of those and work with you and your team to drive successful results. I believe in “duplicatable successes” so my approach includes the use and development of templates so successful tactics can be repeated and do not have to be recreated each time they are needed. Finally, I strongly believe that “It is your business” and I am there to help. I do not push my ideas on you. I listen, suggest, and act but only with your buy-in and agreement. Together we would identify and gain a clear understanding of the objectives, reach agreement on a strategy, and then use a templated approach to deploy proven tactics.


  

The simple answer is by establishing agreed upon metrics to measure and monitor progress and practicing flawless follow up. I believe a high level of self-accountability and organizational accountability are what differentiates successful organizations from struggling ones.
